You can either call or email to inquire about scheduling an appointment. The counselor will then call you to discuss availability. Once you have been scheduled, the counselor will send you paperwork to bring to your first session.

Counseling sessions are between $75-$105 for sessions depending on the individual counselors rates.

Yes. I am partnered with Headway and accept Aetna, Cigna, United Healthcare, Oscar Health, and Oxford insurances. If you would like to use insurance please use this website to verify that your insurance is in network. https://headway.co/providers/heather-allen

If you don’t have one of these insurance companies, I am an “out of network” provider. I will provide you with a “super-receipt” that you can submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement, according to your own individual insurance plan.

In your first session, we will discuss your paperwork and the details of what brings you to counseling. We will identify expectations, set goals. and gain practical tools that will start your journey towards healing.
